Frequently Asked Questions
What is Tabadol?⌄
Tabadol is a marketplace for trading goods, skills, and services — instead of buying and selling with money, users trade what they have for what they need.
Does real money change hands on Tabadol?⌄
No. Trades are based on exchanging goods and services. To make up for a difference in value between the two sides of a trade, you can use "Tabadol Credit" (explained in the next question), a free internal unit — not cash.
What is Tabadol Credit, and how do I get it?⌄
Tabadol Credit is a free balance that can't be bought or cashed out — it can only be used within the platform to make up part of the value difference in a trade. Right now, the only way to receive it is through an admin grant (like a welcome gift). You can see your balance and its full history on the "Tabadol Credit" page.
How do trust ratings and reviews work?⌄
After every successful trade, both sides can rate and review each other. These ratings appear on each user's public profile, so you can get to know the other party before trading.
What is a "chain offer"?⌄
Sometimes what you want is held by user A, but they want something user B has, and B wants something you have — a three-way trading loop. Tabadol automatically finds and suggests these loops; final coordination still happens through regular chat and offers between the parties.
How do I log into my account?⌄
You log in with just your phone number and a one-time code (OTP) — no password needed.
What if something goes wrong during a trade?⌄
You can mark the trade as "disputed" from its page. Tabadol's support team will look into it and resolve it.
What if I see an inappropriate or suspicious listing?⌄
Every listing has a "Report" button. Your report flags the listing for review by the platform's admin team.
